Muhammad’s Book Review – James and the Giant Peach

Hello, hello….I see you have stumbled upon my humble book review.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Muhammad and I’m eleven. My job is to give you good quality advice, hidden features and help you get to know authors.

Here’s a book I recommend, it is called ‘James and the Giant Peach’ by Roald Dahl.

To start with, James Henry Trotter was 4 years old. His Mum and Dad were shopping when they got eaten by a rhino that had escaped from a zoo!!! Now he lives with his horrid aunts that are terribly mean to him. But one day a peach grows in the old peach tree. It keeps growing and growing and soon James and the giant peach are rolling away from his horrible aunts to a wonderful place, da da da!!! Read more to find out.

  1. Hello, hello, I see you have stumbled across my comment….

I really like the style of your book review. It’s quite informal so it makes me feel like you’re right here chatting to me! A sense of your humour and personality comes across in your writing too, which draws me, the reader, in.
I would really like to read some of your creative writing if you have any. I think I’d find it an interesting read.

    Thanks Muhammad!
