Neel has written an interesting acrostic poem about the rainforest. We love the vocabulary he has chosen, particularly ‘slithering’ and ‘colossal’. We also love the use of alliteration to add interest when the poem is read aloud. Well done Neel.
Roaring Tiger
Amazing monkey jumping on a branch
Interesting green gecko
Night time insects scuttle
Flying frogs with three webbed toes
Only the slithering snakes rumbles
Rushing rattle snake shakes on the ground
Enormous colossal sloth hanging on a branch
Slimy slugs slithering
Trembling fast cheetah
